PASTA DI LEGNO

Pasta di legno is a rigid conglomerate with a specific weight from 900 to 1.200 Kg / m3, composed from a mix of polyester resins and wood floor.

 

This is a composite material formulated by Kompotech which allows the moulding of fascinating stylistic shapes from the past, like classic wooden sculptures, reproducing elements such as friezes, chapiters, frames and columns.

CHARACTERISTICS

The resin wood, due to its technical proprieties, is considered one of the most valid alternative materials to wood sculptures:

RIGIDO FINTO LEGNO

Rigido finto legno is a rigid polyurethane foam with a density from 200 to 400 Kg / m3, characterized by the typical sandwich structure with a compact skin and a medium density core.

 

Rigido finto legno is a blend of two components, formulated to offer a valid alternative to wood, in creating aesthetic and ornamental elements in the furniture sector. It is primary used in creating decorative element for beds, legs, mirrors, sofas and nightstands.

RIGIDO STRUCTURALE

Rigido structurale is a rigid polyurethane foam with a density from 400 to 600 Kg / m3, characterized by the typical sandwich structure with a compact skin and a medium density.

 

This is a by-component mix of polyurethane resins which allows ecological elements moulding, with the most varied characteristics of dimensions, structure, resistance and compact. It has an extremely competitive cost, due to its moulding technology, compared to plastic and derivatives; therefore, it allows a continuous evolution of modelling, even for limited editions.

 

It is, usually, utilized in various industrial sectors, like: furniture, naval, hospital, medical electric, contract, drinks and games.
